LAKE NAIVASHA NATIONAL PARK
Also known as Sheer Adventure, Lake Naivasha National Park lies North West of Nairobi and is part of the Great Rift Valley region. The park is centered in the fresh water lake found in the center of the park and has unique features like the extinct volcano mountain known as Mount Longonot and is also dominated by umbrella Acacia trees that are mostly found along the banks of the lake. One of Lake Naivasha’s most common attractions is the Crescent Island which is a private sanctuary that is not fenced making the animals to roam around freely.
